NEW CONTRACT - NEW KRONE TRAILERS
FOR DENNIS DISTRIBUTION

Yorkshire based Transport Company Dennis Distribution has leapt into Spring with a new customer contract that has led to them purchasing five new Krone Cool Liner trailers and five new Iveco tractor units.
Dennis Distribution already operates a fleet of 40 temperature controlled trailers and the new Krone additions will be used solely for a new contract with Meadow Foods. Meadow Foods is the UK’s leading independent dairy group and, to demonstrate the long-term nature of the contract, the trailers will carry the Meadow Foods logo and the tractor units will carry Dennis Distribution decals.

Commenting on the new trailers Richard Dale, Transport Manager and Partner of Dennis Distribution said: “We are extremely pleased to be in a position to invest in new equipment like this and are very excited about the new Krone trailers as we’ve heard such good things about them. As well as looking good, Krone trailers have innovative features such as corner scuff prevention that help extend the life and appearance of the trailers.

They have been extremely well received by everyone and are already proving to be a sound choice”. Kevin Hinch, Transport Manager at Meadow Foods added: “The trailers are running very well and the drivers are very happy with the way they operate. Appearance is very important in the food industry and the Krone trailers look really good as well as performing well”.
